Baoji factory-direct Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) components configured for race assemblies, aftermarket hydraulic lines, and custom builds in Košice, Prešov, and the Slovak Republic.
Motorcycle hydraulic braking systems rely on AN3 (Dash 3, nominal 1/8" ID PTFE micro-bore hose) lines operating at spike hydraulic pressures exceeding 2,100 to 3,000 PSI (145 to 207 bar) during hard deceleration. Conventional mild-steel or generic aluminum 6061 banjo connectors suffer from two critical failure modes: micro-yielding under thermal-pressure impulse cycles and severe galvanic / pitting corrosion induced by road salts.
Our Baoji manufacturing center produces AN3 titanium brake connectors from genuine certified Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V, ASTM B348 / AMS 4928). With an alpha-beta crystal structure, cold-rolled and multi-axis CNC machined, our connectors maintain zero volumetric line swelling, zero fluid bypass, and immune performance against harsh chemical DOT 4 / DOT 5.1 glycol ether brake fluids.

Available directly from our Baoji production line for wholesale dispatch to Košice:
As the primary industrial and cultural center of Eastern Slovakia, Košice represents a demanding proving ground for motorcycle hardware. From the twisty mountain ascents along the Jahodná Pass (Moris Cup Jahodná) through the Volovec Mountains to high-vibration motocross circuits near Kechnec and Budimír, motorcycle braking components face continuous structural stresses.
Brake systems in Košice must withstand two extreme operating profiles: prolonged brake dragging during steep descents in the Slovak Ore Mountains (Slovenské rudohorie) that heats brake calipers to over 220°C, and the relentless road maintenance chemicals used throughout Košický kraj from November through April.
Manufactured on Japanese multi-axis CNC turning-milling centers to aerospace dimensional tolerances (±0.01mm).
Micro-machined 45° and 37° JIC inverted flare sealing faces polished to Ra 0.4 roughness. Ensures 100% airtight and fluid-tight interface with titanium crush washers or copper washers under 25-30 Nm torque.
Internal hydraulic channels undergo continuous CNC gun-drilling and deburring. Smooth interior wall transitions prevent turbulent cavitation and pressure drop across master cylinder to caliper line splits.
Available in Raw Polished, Burnt Blue, Oil-Slick Rainbow, Titanium Gold, and PVD Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) Black. Provides increased surface Vickers hardness (>450 HV) against stone and tool abrasion.
The Slovak motorcycle aftermarket is undergoing a distinct transition. Professional tuning workshops and independent repair specialists in Košice, Michalovce, and Rožňava are actively moving away from standard nickel-plated brass and zinc-chromated steel brake adapters. With the rapid expansion of electric performance bikes (such as Surron Ultra Bee, Light Bee, and Talaria) alongside traditional sportbikes (Yamaha R-series, Kawasaki Ninja, KTM Duke), riders demand ultra-reliable unsprung mass reduction.
Furthermore, Slovakia's rigorous biennial vehicle roadworthiness inspections (STK - Stanica technickej kontroly) place strict scrutiny on braking system integrity. Degraded, flaking, or corroded OEM steel lines frequently trigger inspection failures. Installing corrosion-proof Grade 5 Titanium AN3 connectors with braided stainless or carbon-look PTFE lines offers custom builders a permanent compliant upgrade that satisfies the most demanding European safety audits.

We provide full air-express courier delivery (DHL Express, FedEx, UPS) directly to your door in Košice within 4 to 7 business days from dispatch. For bulk wholesale freight, we support consolidated air freight to Košice Airport (KSC) or Vienna/Bratislava cargo terminals with DAP or DDP customs terms.
Every commercial wholesale dispatch includes standard commercial invoices, packing lists with accurate TARIC/HS code classification (7318.15 or 8108.90), and an EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Certificate verifying the chemical analysis and mechanical tensile specs of the Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy.
Yes. Our AN3 banjo connectors and banjo bolts are machined strictly to international thread standards: M10x1.0 (standard for Brembo, Magura, Formula, and European sportbikes) and M10x1.25 (standard for Nissin, Tokico, Yamaha, Honda, and Suzuki calipers), with precise seat clearances for 10mm banjo eyes.
Due to titanium's exceptional strength and low galling threshold, we recommend applying a light dab of anti-seize or copper grease to threads, torquing M10 Grade 5 banjo bolts to 22 - 25 Nm. Always use new annealed titanium or copper crush washers to ensure a perfect fluid seal without overstressing master cylinder threads.
Absolutely. With extensive in-house CAD/CAM engineering and multi-axis CNC tooling, we produce custom angled banjos, integrated bleeder banjos, and master cylinder manifold splitters based on STEP/IGS drawings, PDF schematics, or physical sample components within 12 to 18 production days.
We support standard B2B international payments in EUR (€) and USD ($) via Wire Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and PayPal for initial prototyping orders. We accommodate formal EU VAT invoicing structures for Slovak registered entities (IČ DPH).
