We work with 3D CAD data in STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), Parasolid (.x_t), and native SolidWorks files. To ensure precise threading, surface finishes, and critical tolerances, please provide an accompanying 2D PDF or DWG drawing with clear datum points and tolerance callouts.
On standard CNC machining centers, our general tolerances adhere to ISO 2768-m. On high-precision turned diameters, bearing journals, and critical sealing surfaces, we routinely achieve and guarantee tolerances down to ±0.005 mm (±0.0002 in) through controlled toolpath feeds and temperature-stabilized tooling.
Grade 5 titanium features a high tensile strength exceeding 895 MPa, which matches or exceeds standard high-tensile steel, but weighs approximately 43% less (density: 4.43 g/cm³). Crucially for spearfishing, diving, and sailing hardware, titanium forms an instantaneous, passive titanium dioxide film that makes it completely impervious to saltwater corrosion, pit corrosion, and galvanic rust.
We provide chemical clean raw finishes, glass-bead matte blasting, hand mirror polishing, electrolytic color anodizing (gold, violet, ice blue, deep blue, emerald green, burnt blue), and ultra-hard PVD vacuum coatings including diamond-like carbon (DLC) black and titanium nitride (TiN) gold. Laser marking of your custom brand logos and serial numbers is also supported.
Rapid CNC prototypes are delivered within 5 to 7 business days following drawing sign-off. Production batches of 50 to 1,000 pieces typically ship within 15 to 22 business days. We also offer buffer inventory warehousing programs for long-term strategic OEM partners.
